I have two tables that contain a list of server names, and I need to show just the unique names from these tables. A server name can appear in both tables. I would also like to have the results editable in a form. The field name that I need it ServerName for both tables.

Thanks in advance,

Rowan.

So, I will create a new table to contain the results .. and use an append query to write the results. Right now, I have two queries that pulls this information from the different tables, using the distinct option and then append it..

So my question becomes this:
Is there any easy way to remove the data from my temp table, and to run both queries at the same time.

What about an UNION query ?

Hope This Helps, PH.

PH, I didn't think a UNION query was updatable?
