Get this too much,'The page cannot be displayed'HELP

I know the pages can be found, because I click on refresh 3 or 4 times it will finally come up. It happens on most of sites, esp when I do a search.

Have you cleared your temporary internet files?
(Tools > Internet Options > General tab > "Delete files..." under Temporary Internet Files heading)

Could be a lot of things. You've posted a lot of Hijack logs lately and have undoubtedly been removing things here and there. It's not uncommon for problems like this to result. Download and run the LSP fix found here:

I haven't taken anything out unless I was told too. I don't like to take chances.
I already have LSP but haven't run it yet. I'll do that now.
 
That could also come from timeouts with your navigator/http proxy/ISP and such. Especially since it occurs quite often when doing searches (since the web server needs to perform the search, it does not answer as quickly, and the timeout triggers).
