Get "incompatiible set" when I call a station

I'm stumped. New 8.0 Basic. All 1416 sets. All have Auto Dial ICM keys. But on two sets only I'm having problems. When I press the keys to go to a particular set, it say's "incompatible set". I can dial the extension directly with no problems. It only happens when I press a one touch button. Any thoughts? Thanks

Does that button illuminate when the destination set goes off-hook? If not, I'd think the button is not correctly configured

unobtainable error = line problem
incompatible error = short code prblem
