Get Patch to Rls 24.24 Meridiam option 11C

Good afternoon,

We are installind a old system option 11C rls 24.24, we are using phone M39XX, we have problem with forward, transf and conference call.

we check other thread to fix this problem and they solved the problem installing path MPLR17379.

the system is old, but maybe somebody have this patch in their files, somebody can help us.

It could be a firmware issue also. I looked for that patch on Avaya's website and as you would expect it's not available.

i have one 3903 NNTM34BB70 RLS 08 working fine, can transfer, forward and conference call.

I read that the phone phase 1 , how can i know wich phase are the phones?

Once again, it sounds like a firmware issue. Go into ld 32 and type the command fsum all and hit enter

Hi KCFLHRC, the rls 24.24 not support the firmware command on ld 32 even ld 97 to fdl.

Sorry guys, In the UK we only ever had version 24.25. However, we never had Taurus M39xx sets supported until version 25.15 was released.

I've been through my patches for V24.25 and couldn't find any reference to the M39.xx terminals.

The attached guide shows that the M39.xx sets were introduced at version 25.xx. They will work on older systems, but they weren't supported and I don't think you had the correct model type when configuring them.

the ld 20 allows you to program the 39 series rls xx in 24.24, the phone works only which does not allow diversion, transfer and conference call.

searching the internet I found that Nortel reported a statement that we should instlar the patch and thus the problem is solved.

Clear 24.24 Rls is free in 2000 and knew that was not easy to get patch.

This are connecting the telephone exchange temporarily for a few months and was the pbx with softawre we had available, the problem is that the basic facilities transfer, call forwarding and conference not work.

Maybe i have the patch to solve the problem but is not active.

You need to go into "pdt"

Once in there key in "cd c:/u/patch" example shown below

However, it might be worth just trying these two commands in "pdt" to activate all the patches in one go. I'm not sure if this works at release 24.xx?
