get NIC configuration in solaris (speed, full/half duplex)

Hi,

As I obtain the configuration of a Nic in solaris?
ie, speed, mode (full or half), auto negotiation?

In linux the command is: ethtool ethx and hp-ux the command is netadmin (-x lanx)

Method#1
ndd -get /dev/$INTERFACE link_speed
ndd -get /dev/$INTERFACE link_mode

INTERFACE can be hme0,qfe0 etc.

Method#2
kstat command gives all thses & more info.
