get a real-time data from nortel bcm50 pbx

hi to all,

i'm new here!

don't know if i'm on the right place posting the challenge that i have...

it's about getting real-time data from nortel pbx (bcm50). data/record with duration, extension, dialed number and etc.

just trying to post here maybe somebody who already experienced this stuff.

i am making call acctng software. i have already one but for avaya pbx.

any help really appreciated.

Real-time.. Nope, can't be done.. You can use the PULL method in the CDR data, then have your software pull the data about once a minute or so, but thats about as real-time as you we get...

a minute, that's good, that's not too late. So, you said about PULL method, how to setup that? from BCM config to my software? in programming (vb6) do i need to use winsock? hope you familiar with this.
