Get a busy signal when dialing externally

Hi all,

Before leaving work yesterday, everything was working fine. This morning however, all out phones will no longer dial outside numbers as we get a busy signal. When an outside number tries to call in, they also get a busy signal.

We can call internally without any issues, but that is about it. Any suggestions on what this might be or where to start looking would be a huge help!

This has been resolved. Was an issue with our service provider, as a line outside the building needed to be repaired.
