German Trunk Setup

i have a site in germany that have changed network provider with the previous provider i was receiving the last 4 digits and had the trunk set as overlap/overlap all worked fine.
the new provider is sending 9 digits 8 digits and apparently sending some digits pulsed in pairs of 2. does anyone have a standard trunk setup for germany that is compatible with the network provider.
any help would be great.

we have numerous sites in Germany all DS1 trunks are configure for enbloc, is it the case they have delivered the service as enbloc?

i have tried enbloc and i've tried overlap would you be able to capture a trunk setup so that i can compare it with what i have set
