Sterling Commerce doesn't provide evaluation copies of their translator products via the internet. If you're ready to make a purchase you may be able to arrange for an eval through the SC sales rep.

i am supposed to evaluate and recommend some of the EDI product and recommend the best to our client.

I am asked to evaluate .............Sybase ECRTP, GEntran, Data junction.....
