Genesys VTO - Dialogic configuration 1

Maybe a little of topic but...

Does anybody know the correct configuration for a D600/JCT-2E1 card to allow it to interface via CAS to an MD110 running BC12? I am using Dialogic System Software 5.1.1 and the interface will be used by Genesys VTO.

hi sjlambert,

I did this in BC 11, not really sure it will be exacttly the same in BC12.

I installed the Dialogic software using no extra protocols.
In the Genesys CME I added soem information in the "Annex Tab",
see "MD110 and Genesys VTS thread806-872809"

Hope this will help, let me know the results for BC12

Just to clarify, did you simply install the Dialogic software and go or did you have to perform even any basic config in Dialogic Config Manager?

It's been more than a year ago, but what I can remember...

After installation without any additional protocols,
you should start the board using the configuration tool.

Then it worked fine for me
