Hi,

We're implementing Genesys ERS 7.0 on a MD110 PBX and found that only one (concurrent) call keeps in CTI group while router decides appropiate ODN (ie: no available agents).
Meantime other calls arriving such CTI group are tone-busied.
Does anyboody know about this issue ?
and do you know about MD110 requirements for Genesys ERS?

Rgrds and thanks in advance,

You have to set on the CTI (ACD) group how many calls that could queue (limit in BC12 is 250)

fidde,

Thanks for quick answer!, we'll suggest pbx provider check such parameter,( ...we're new in MD110 world).
Bst Regards,
