Generating Reports by User

I need to know how to generate a report to know where employees are going on the web based per user. any help would be appreciated. Also if anyone knows where I can get scripts on reports people have already created would be great! Thanks

I currently use Websense and Websense Reporter to view users browsing. But this is quite an expensive if you only need to monitor and not block web usage. A cheaper possible alternative is to use Proxy Server Log Scanning System (demo at rlhenterprises.com) which you can enter a username to the scan file and then scan the ISA logs.

Have you had any luck in this area since this posting? I will soon become our defacto network admn. at work. We're getting MS Small bus. server. The company installing our network is trying to sell me Webtrends for reporting but I'm not sure I can justify the expense. Have you found a good third party software for you needs? thanks.
