Generating Data Dictionary

Hello,
I have recently worked on power designer, find it a usefull tool but i cannot generate the data dictionary in the required format. The format is given below

Table Name:
Field Name---- Field Length--- Data Type -- Description



Can anybody help me in this regard. I will be very thankful.

I Don't think powerdesigner can do this job
I have been used pd9.5 since September,2002
