Generate authorization codes on Meridian Option 81 2

How do you generate authorization codes for long distance access for local and international calls? I'm running CS 1000 Telephony Manager Version 3.20.01.94.
Can the system when generating these codes designate them to given dn's.

Ld 88. You will need to know passwords to be able to input new Long Distance Auth Codes. Make sure you have the level programmed in the system already.. it will ask you for the new auth code.. and the level of new code.
