General run time question

Hi,

I'm trying to create a run time for a 2000 Access application. Eventually, I'm going to need to put it on a cd, but I just want to create this on my own Windows 98 PC for now (for testing). I've never done this before so I'm just wondering if someone can point me in the right direction. I have the Office2000 Developer Tools. Do I need to install this software to create the runtime? If so, are there any snafus or particular files I need to be sure to install? What would be the next step after installing it?
