The customer is complaining of cutting out (not half-duplex speakerphone) through the handset, intermittently on all call types, including office to office and internal to VM. I haven't gotten feedback yet, I chose to power down the control shelf and reseat the control cards. I wasn't sure which card(s) contained the internal 'talk-slot' portion of the PBX operation. If I were to guess, I'd think it was the processor, or processor interface. Either way we reseated all control cards to degauss just in case that was the issue. Any insight would be appreaciated... Thanks In Advance This is a G3r type cabinet, running G3v4, single processor.
