General Mitel Help!

Hi All,

I'm due to start a new job late May and will be back in the telephony world working with some Mitel kit, namely the 3300 & a CX unit.

It's been about 2 years since I last logged onto a Mitel, can anyone let me know what release the software is up to and also any major changes that have happened since release 6 of the firmware.

If anyone has any manuals that I could read up on as well that would be top!

What you are asking for is a significant amount of information. It is unlikely that anyone on this forum has the time to fulfill this request.

That being said, a good starting point is for you to get a copy of the help files.

The "What's new" section details product enhancements back to release 5.1

Contact your local Mitel rep and have them set you up an account so that you can access the Edocs.
