General Delivery Mailbox Problem

The general delivery mailbox 100 won't answer. The system is a CICS 5.0, with a Flash Light. I did feature *831 and *832 and turned off AA and CCR. Recorded new greeting, then turned AA and CCR back on. The AA answers the lines and plays the new greeting transfer the recpt. phone. After 3 rings, the GM doesn't answer, it just goes to on-hold music. It worked before changing greeting. Thanks for any help.
 
it is supposed to put the caller on hold if syst.ans is on
if no attnd. is available turn syst.ans. off
 
That's the big problem with Flash light. We stopped selling those last year. All they do is make the customer angry and end up, upgraded to a full flash. Make sure you have gen Delivery mail box turned on. F983, login, hit 4.
