General Delivery Mailbox - Change the default message

Good morning: Is possible to change the messages (greeting or promt or voice as you like) of the General Delivery Mailbox ?? This is in a call pilot of a bcm400.

I have changed the voice, uploading a new file, but when I test this mailbox, I hear ".. this is the general delivery mailbox... " but not my file.

Record it just like a regular MB.
How did you upload the greeting?

I go to Mailbox Administration, Change/Delete Mailbox, Press the Command "Change" in the GENERAL_DELIVERY_MB, and in Spoken Name by the option "voice" I upload a new file.

That is for the name only you can only upload the gretings for the AA not mail boxes. When you open the mail box you should hear what you loaded that is where you say companys name genaral delivery mail box. You can only record mailbox greetings thru the phone.
