general delivery mail box

I am a total novice needing help on a meridian system !

I have calls going to my gen delivery mail box.

I dail 235 to enter the voicemail and enter 0000 for the password but I can't get in.

What am I doing wrong on or not doing?

It is a meridian system with star talk.
I need to know how to get into and pick up the voice mail
after someone leaves a message in the general delivery mail box.

1ST IT'S NOT A MERIDIAN SYSTEM, IT'S A NORSTAR.
2ND THEW GENERAL DELIVERY MAILBOX SHOULD BE 102 IF YOUR A 3 DIGIT SYSTEM. IF 0000 DON'T WORK TRY 1111 OR 1234
