In a standard ACD, why can I not bridge an agents ext number to another phone which is not in the ACD group? I would like to know if the ext that has the agent's ext bridged to it can answer that agent's ACD calls. I've tried it and I get the fast busy. I know this is not the way it's supposed to work but what are the considerations with this?

Basically, an agent logs into a phone, not an extension. So, if an agents phone has bridges, only calls directly to the agent's phone's extension can be picked up from the bridge.
