gencopy -U 1

I'm trying to copy the expat SW to the local machine so I can install it later or ftp it to other servers for installation. But, I'm getting the below error message. It says to use the gencopy -U command, but I'm unsure as to the actual command?

gencopy -X -b "-qv" -d /dev/cd0 -t /usr/sys/inst.images -f File 2>&1

File:
R:expat 1.95.2

0503-150 gencopy: The target (directory /usr/sys/inst.images) has an invalid structure.
gencopy can upgrade the directory to the current standard. Please invoke gencopy with the -U flag. No files will be deleted in performing the upgrade.

gencopy -X -b "-qv" -d /dev/cd0 -t /usr/sys/inst.images -U -f File 2>&1

should do it.
