GeForce 4 Ti4200 settings and tweaks

Anyone got any good recs for settings for my graphics card to enable it to run games as smoothly as possible? I am puzzled about vsync/anti-aliasing/quincunx? etc - what is best to switch off, and what gives you the biggest frame rate drops?

The 1 system I set up with it (Win XP) I used Dxdiagnostics to check thru everything...and once I got that sorted out...games flew.

I've also run across (with my favorite search engine) sites that give very good OC/Maxing settings for your BIOS...if you dare!

Too, you'll find that different games have different characteristics...

. There are some good tweak tools and drivers all across the board. And they there are good tips for recomended settings.

Also... turning AA (anti-aliasing) off is one of the best things to do if you need to get better frame rates.
