What are max setting you can use whilst keeping stability (for processor and memory speed)

I can set my processor speed to 190 and the memory to the same and have stability with no modifications. And i have a amd 950 which produces enough heat to boil eggs ;)

Some GF2MX cards dont have heat sinks/ fans tho. My Asus 7100 has a heat sink. Some manufacturers didnt bother to reduce costs, but the processor is underclocked anyway so u should get away with it, but the memory can heat up. I have managed 230mhz with a cannibalised processor fan, and it works fine. High speeds are achievable, because the processor is actually the same as the GTS model, but underclocked and with 2pipelines instead of the GTS's 4.

Hope it was a help, but remember that the warranty doesnt cover fried chips due to clocking! .....blah blah.... best of my knowledge, etc. "always in the quest for knowledge, and glad i could help"
If im wrong, its not my fault!

I have a Hercules MX (no fan attached)which is stable at 200 (core) and 220 (memoory) MHz using a card cooler fan - this goes in the slot next to the card. Without the fan the best I can get is 190/200

I also have a Hercules MX (but with a Blue Orb - nice!!!) and o.c. it quite good even whithout a fan (205-205), and now i´m going for the "big" 220-220.
