i am facing the same proble with u when installation cmm 3.1 on other hardware

the sql agent service not working on dell workstation
did you add sql service pack2?

callmanager service not working properly,

Did you guys resolve this? I had a similar problem and discovered that when I was installing SQL Server I was checking the box 'Use Local System Account'. When I installed and used the Administrator account (supplying the password with the install), it worked.
