Any body know what this is? I seem to have two running on my machine.
I am trying to figure out why Utopia Exclamation.WAV which is my close program sound is going off every 15 seconds. The task manager blips a little everytime but I cant read what program it is closing.

Thanks for the hint. After looking at gears website I have concluded that it is for the Pioneer DVD burner and was installed by nero, or dvd decryupter.
