gdk16 - All phones ringing

I have had to replace a GDK16 unit and have the system set up fine except that on the old system all stations (7 no.) rang and could answer by pick up whenever any one of the incoming lines was ringing but I can't for the life of me get this working again...I am sure there must be an easy way to do this but can't find it in the manual...?
