GDK100 - Incoming calls cutting off

Hi All

I have a GDK100 Hotel where some calls get cut off after period of time
user seems to get a bleep in their ear then call drops.

I know of a call restriction tomer but that's for outgoing calls surely?

Any ideas?

make some test calls and take a note of the time it cuts off in seconds . then you can see if it relates to any timer in the system . what lines are they on ?

Looks like the problem occurs when an incoming call is rerouted to an off site call center who the route the call back to the hotel
So the call timer cuts in and kills the call.

Check unsupervised conference timer against a test call.

As above. The default timer is 10mins.
