I am hoping someone can help me. I have been asked to look this phone system as it may have forgoten all its programing.

One main problem when incoming calls from any of the 3 line in the main phone dose not ring but it dose flash the quick dial buttons on the righ of the phone.

Also you can not phone any of the exttions on the system. The speed dial buttons also seem to have reset.

I have got the system progrmaed and outside calls in now are ring all the phones. I have setup a call group but it still ringing all the phone

PMG - 37 speed and added 100, 111, 120 and saved it but all the phone on the system are ringing.

How do I set it to ony the 3 above

on a serious note these only forget its programming if the battery on the mother board is dead .

id put money on the fact that if you had a power cut or the system lost power it would default again .

so before spending to much time programming i would do some small changes then power off the system and leave it a few mins the power it back on . see if its kept its programming .

these are very old systems now .

Hi Martin,

Sorry for a delay in replying. Yes the backup battery was dead and now is replaced. I found the software for the pc and used it to program the system then I backed it up to my laptop as well. I had not got the battery when I got it working but with having the software and backing up system was a god send when I replaced the battery.

there is 3 line coming in and they are all pots (analog lines). One thing I was asked does the system have caller ID as for incoming calls from the pots (analog) lines.

the caller id card is a optional extra card on the system and you need to have it on the line as a feature as well . as in the uk pot lines dont have it as standard.

Hi Martin,

I am in Ireland I know it was on new line (pot) when installed and can be added to the older lines (pot). would you know the caller id card part no. I mite see if I can get one for the system as I have been asked about it. Also is it one per line
