GD mailbox answering instead of AA after door phone replaced

Nortel CICS Startalk Flash.

Recently had our doorphone replaced and in trying to program that, the technician changed some of our settings and we can't seem to get back to our previous 'normal' config which was:

Line rings, after 4 it's transferred to the AA, where greeting table 1 played one of two messages depending on time of day. Worked perfectly.

Now, line rings and after 2 it's transferred to the general delivery mailbox. We cannot figure out what he changed or how to change back.

We have tried closing the business and still, the general delivery message picks up after 2 rings. Where is this setting that seems to be overriding everything else? The GD mailbox is 10 and the DN is 32.

Is this not something you should be asking the tech?

What exactly do you hear?
The primary greeting of the mailbox or does bionic betty say something first like "Extension is not available" then the mailbox?

Could be a phone has CFNA set to 2 rings and also has the main lines ringing at it.

Needle in haystack!
