When i look at the list of gateways in the CM, every gateway i have shows up unknown. The ip is listed and we have not noticed any issues with the gateways. Is there any reason why they are showing up unknown, and if so is there a way to fix this. Thanks.

Gateway Shows Unknow but working??

If your gateway is H323 it will always show as unknown. H323 gateways do not register with CallManager like a phone or a MGCP gateway.
