Gatekeeper List is Empty 1

I am trying to set up a VPN Remote 5610 on 4.1. I have a license and the correct bin file installed. The tunnel looks like it comes up, then I get the "gatekeeper List is Empty" message. Any ideas?

I was missing the Ip address of the VPN gateway.

I have the same issue on a kentrox,where did you put in the address

Gatekeeper list is empty probably means that there is no call server address in the phone. Try this. Statically address the phone and build a ip route in IPO that has a virtual address.

If it works you will need to work on your dhcp string in your home router.
