Gate Keepers

I inadvertantly added a hosts gatekeepers to a dynamic group in Veritas volume manager. On realising my mistake I removed them and reverted them to basic disk. Everything seems to be working alright but wonder if there are any hidden or future repercusions awaiting me?

Since gatekeepers are only used for communicating with the EMC box, I don't think you'll take any hits anywhere.
