GASM8 Power LED Flashing Red/Yellow

I have a GASM8 in my BCM50 which has the power LED flashing, alternating from red to amber. The status ight is solid green. Any reference documents on these codes?

Definitely not normal. The best plan is to reseat the module. Do a cold reboot and while down, pull out card, check pins, and reseat.

Yes, it seems a 12V regulator chip is blown on the board.
