Hi Just to pick up on the old thread1329-1726168 can you confirm you need to change then save in the Application Group Licencing form on the DLM to instigate a group sync with AMC? I was expecting a retrieve Licences button.

Just open the Application Group Licesning form and save it (as long as the DLM has access to the AMC), this has resolved a missing hardware ID on the DLM for me many times.

I have found this to be the most reliable

- add licnese to garid in AMC
- go to license manager MCD and do a save ( as suggested above)
- go to required member and retrieve and allocate as required

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
