Garbled reports in CCM 6

Hello. Has anyone ever seen where reports will be launched from the client to the PC Monitor and they will be all garbled up and look like Chinese? You can print that same report to a printer and it comes out fine on paper. I have seen this at 2 sites now and am wondering if anyone else has seen it and knows what the fix is. PEPs on this server are at SU04. This particular site's CCM has been installed for a year and a half and this problem seems to have just cropped up.

Hi,

Are you running ADHOC Reports? Is that working properly on CCMA Server?

Install SU_6 patch line-up.

Yes, it is all garbled up when running Ad-Hoc reports. It is only happening on this particular PC. The server works fine, my admin PC works fine, and other supervisors' PCs work fine. I think it has something to do with the guy's PC so I pushed it back to their Desktop PC dept to look at it.

I would like to go to SU06 but I have read some horror threads on here where there were issues going to SU06. This system hasn't experienced any other problems in the year and a half that it has been installed so I'm reluctant to upgrade the patches.
