Gamma Sip Trunk one way fax

Good morning guys,

wondering if someone can help me we have a client that has just had gamma sip lines installed, and can get incoming/outgoing however i have set the fax up and can only get one way communication from the fax machine (inbound) but cant get outbound no matter what i changed some T38 settings but currently have it set up as per the gamma set up guide.

just seeing if there is anything anyone can think of as to why this might be occuring

As far as I know, Gamma don't support fax over thier SIP trunks. For inbound we always use thier fax>email service and can't think of a customer who only has SIP so outbound on our sites would be using other non IP lines.

I would give them a shout and see what they say.
