I would like to allow our receptionist access to that GAL so that she may update and keep the information there up to date. I don't want to give her Exchange Admin and full admin rights, I just want her to be able to update the GAL from her Desktop.
Can anyone Help?

I found a utility. But...Iwouldn't mind knowing if there is a built in method.
