GAL Sync Issue After adding DL Exchange 2003

After creating Various Query Based DL`s within AD I`ve noticed that GAL is not updating on some Local pc`s, and the only way for people to see the additions or changes that have been made are to Manually Update Address Book.

Any ideas what might be going on?

How long have you let the client;s go before determining that they are not getting an updated version of the GAL? 24 hours? 48 hours? 1 week?

I`d say around 24 to 48 Hours now.

Hi Richard. Take a look at the update interval setting on your Offline Address book in the ESM, it may be set to "never run". You also may want to consider forcing your Outlook clients to query AD instead of using the OAB. This article explains how to do both:
