GAL Organization in Exch2003

How do you go about organizing the GAL like you could on Exchange 5.5 with the custom fields? I'd like to organize based on things like business unit, external contacts, etc. Any help would be great. Thanks

You will need to create filter rules within system management:

ALL Address Lists -> New Address List
