Does anyone know how to turn the AGC off on 9611's? I know how to do it on each phone through the CRAFT menu but I'd like to disable the setting globally.

if then it is in the 46xxsettings.txt file under Audio Settings

Yup I changed that setting about 2 months ago but it isn't taking affect on the phones. Here's what I changed it to:

SET AGCHAND 0
SET AGCHEAD 0
SET AGCSPKR 0
