g700 v0 error

I can't use voip v0
the g700 can't find v0
I had try change fireware ,reset mgp voip, power off

Load the latest f/w on the G700 (I see you have 20.18 which is old, find the latest for your version of G700) and then give the voip module v0 an ip address. Then try to upgrade it...

I've run into a few like that. I've always written them off as bad hardware (there is no MAC on the VoIP Module, you can't update the firmware, etc).

I've got one on my bench right now. It's running the latest G700 release (30)...

I try nvram init.mgp fireware to 25.30, had the same problem

had one that did this when we upgraded firmware last nite. set the mgp boot bank back to the old firmware and v0 came back. i then upgraded v0 by itself to fw62 and it stuck. then i set the boot bank back to the upgraded side and everything looked good

I got this issue 2 month ago. You have one way to solve that - back to avaya factory now.

i also have had several of these. Seems like there is some structural problem with G700
