I have a weird problem...aren't all problems "weird"? Anyhow...
I have had a bunch of reports from users that claim that they are talking on a call for 7-10 min then all of a sudden there is static on the call and they can't hear the customer. After they call them back the customer says they never heard the static. If I go into our call recording software and listen to the entire call I hear ZERO static. It is clear as a bell.
After some research I have found out that 99% of these complaints all come from the same g700. And 80% of them from the same board. Is it as simple as replacing a bad board? If so why didn't my call recording software pick it up?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
