G700 not detecting S8300C v4

Hi there

g700 don't detect the S8300c v4, I can't ping, telnet, SSH or get the web page, I tried with an other one and samething.
In the same media gateway a S8300B works.

Any idea?

s8300C is not supported on less than cm4

We have had issues with S8300c blades. After RMA'ing around 5 of them we found out that there is a patch that will fix this issue. I don't remeber the patch number. Your support provider(Avaya, NACR,etc...) should have this.

fixed, the dvd must connected first!!

I did it at the first bootup but probably I not waited enought.
