Hi,Brothers

I connect G450 to S8500 in CM5.1, now the G450 has register to S8500, but the CM system prompt LIC ERRORafter I installed the License file for CM. "system Admministration will be blocked in approximately 3 hours.Contact your service representative immediately. Serial number mismatch. Network used for license: NONE License Seerial Number is ******** on NONE"
I think the license and serial number is right, is any special config I need to do for licence case in G450 or S8500, if any different for license installation when G450+S8500? Thanks

Is this fresh install? Do a save trans after installing the license on the ASA and do a reset sys 4. This is normal for fresh install.

Verify that your license is for an LSP not a Main Server license, if the G450 is an LSP. Sometimes Avaya makes the license up for the wrong type of system by mistake.

Thanks, but the PBX is G450+S8500 stand alone, I think the Lic is for a main server license, and I do a save trans after installing the license on the ASA and do a reset sys 4. But the lic error is still on and I am very confuse why it will have lic error, is any config need to do in G450 or s8500 for license? Thanks

In the G450 have you issued the command "ip license-server". This will allow the S8500 to see the G450. It got me for a couple of days.

who built the license in RFA? Did you put the G450 serial # in, when the license was built? Communication Manager needs to have either an IPSI, or a gateway serial # to license itself to. Also make sure in the "Installation Wizard" that you have "Processor Ethernet" assigned to the "Corporate LAN", which I assume is where the G450 is connecting to, also in CM make sure that "Pocessor Ethernet" is enabld ("change ip-interface processor")
