G450 not allowing putty or responding to pings

Good day,

I am remotely supporting an install and we have a gateway registered (verified in CM as it pulls the IP and phones are registered and able to call within network) but I can't reach it via putty or ping it and it won't record announcements. Anyone experience it or know what how that happens and what to do to fix it?

Site Details:
Central core with CM 8.1 with many remote gateways throughout the East Coast
FW Version 41.34.4 Vintage 4
MP 160 FW 175

If it doesn't work, firewall

Turns out the PM gave the wrong IP range. So, the MG and default gateway were wrong. We fixed it and now it can magically work.
