G450 FTP Connection Refused

Definitely not used to the G450's so here is a situation we've run into.

While using VAM (Voice Announcement Manager) I am unable to load MOH onto the G450 anymore.

Error:

**Task: Copy Announcement Files,Task ID: 10** 1xx.xxx.xxx.xxx: ValFtpClient constructor: Unknown error on ftp attempt to '1xx.xxx.xxx.xxx', but the ping was successful. Ftp client reported 'Connection refused: connect'.

I've tried disabling and enabling the file xfer within CM, and still the same.

I cannot connect via FTP client either, says connection refused.

My boss told me earlier he tried to upload the MOH to the MG via FTP client, but doesn't know what mode the client was in.

Any help would be appreciated.

The G450 uses SCP for copying file be default, not FTP. On the Avaya tools disk, CopSSH is included, once you load that on your machine you should have no issues.
