G450 DHCP Pool Deactivate

Most of the disabling of features is done by a negate,
so if i recall correctly: "no ip dhcp-server" will disable dhcp server on the G450, and "no ip dhcp pool x" will just take out one pool in case you have multiple, and need to keep the other ones.
"show ip dhcp-pool" will show the current settings.
This is all done from the G450 command-line. (not the S8300 if present)
