Reading the G430 manual it seems possible to load the script and the image files for IP Phones, in order the GWy works as HTTP server. But the IP Phones need the language files as well, that means we would be able to load all of them, is there the chance to do that ?
The only command I found are like these:

G430-001# copy ftp phone-scriptA 46xxupgrade.txt 192.168.49.10

G430-001# copy ftp phone-imageA c:\IpphoneRelease\4602sape1_8.bin
192.168.49.10

Do you have an S8300 in the G430 or a Server elsewhere?

put the files in the /tftpboot directory, you can use "WinSCP" to copy the files directly from a PC, directly to the S8300D's /tftpboot directory. The S8300D supports HTTP via port 81, and HTTPS (TLS) via port 411, as well as TFTP via port 69. The files are all served from the /tftpboot directory.
