G350 Console Cable Pin Outs

Can anyone advise of the RJ45 to RJ45 cable pin outs for the g350 console?

Bonus would be the pin numbers from the RJ45 to the 9 way D type although I plan on just buying one of these from Maplins.

1. The rj45 to rj45 pinout are reversed from side to the next. Eg pin 1= pin 8
2. I use the same console cable for the G250,G350,and G700 and yes Cisco console cable doesn't work.
3. I dont know the pinouts for the 9 pin to rj45
